MICROLAB PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

I . WARRANTY<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

    – Purchasing agent directly at the Company. <\/span><\/p>\n

    – Agents do not buy directly from the company. <\/span><\/p>\n

      – 12 months warranty for all Microlab computer speaker products. <\/span><\/p>\n

      – 6 months warranty for all Microlab computer headset products. <\/span><\/p>\n

      – 6 months warranty for Battery, Battery, Microlab Computer Speaker Adapter.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Warranty return time:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        – Return warranty within 03 working days from the date of receipt for all popular speaker products (sale value under VND 1,000,000) <\/span><\/p>\n

        –\u00a0 Warranty will be paid within 05 working days from the date of receipt for non-common speaker products (sale value from 1,000,000 VND or more).<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.1 <\/strong><\/span>Customers in Hanoi (Customers send and receive warranty directly at 38TT4A, Van Quan urban area, Yen Phuc, Phuc La, Ha Dong, Hanoi)<\/span><\/p>\n

        – Return the warranty within 03 days from the date of receipt for all Rapoo products and popular speaker products (selling value under VND 1,000,000). <\/span><\/p>\n

        – Warranty will be paid after 05 days from the date of receipt for non-common speaker products (sale value over VND 1,000,000).<\/span><\/p>\n

        General Note:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

        – Warranty return time does not include holidays and Sundays <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

        – Time to receive goods under warranty: All days of the week except holidays, Saturday afternoon, Sunday.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

        3.2 Customers in provinces <\/strong>(Customers send and receive warranty indirectly through garages, delivery services …)<\/span><\/p>\n

        – Warranty period is applied as above plus 02 days to pack and send warranty goods via garage, delivery … <\/span><\/p>\n

        –\u00a0 In case the customer\u00a0 sends in many consecutive days or sends many warranty products at the same time, the warranty return time is calculated according to the time of the product with the longest warranty period but not exceeding 07 days from the date of purchase. from the date of receipt.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Some notes for customers in provinces:<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

        – Customers bear the cost of sending warranty goods, Nam Thanh Company bears the cost of sending and returning warranty goods (01 way). <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

        – Customers can use express delivery service to the warranty receiving address (38TT4A Van Quan Urban, Yen Phuc, Phuc La, Ha Dong, Hanoi) or Nam Thanh Company will arrange staff to pick up the goods. Warranty at shipping points in Hanoi.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

        – Goods sent (returned) under warranty must be packed in a box with a delivery note clearly stating the date, type, quantity, and serial number. In case the quantity of warranty goods actually received (or returned) does not match the attached delivery note, Nam Thanh Company (or the customer) will be responsible for immediately notifying the two parties to coordinate comparison and settlement. . After 03 days from the date of receipt of goods under warranty, all complaints about the lack of goods by both parties will be null and void.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

        – Before sending goods (or returning goods) must notify (mail, zalo, call) to the warranty staff (if sending (returning) at the shipping point).<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

        3.3 Some special cases:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        – \u00a0In case there is no warranty return or the product category is no longer distributed. Customers will be paid with another product of equal value and use value as agreed between the two parties. <\/span><\/p>\n

        – In case of disagreement on equivalent products, Nam Thanh Company will refund the money according to the remaining value of the product.<\/span><\/p>\n
