  4. POLICY ON DEBTS AND DISCOUNTS:<\/strong>a, Payment policy:<\/strong>\n

        For new customers and customers who are not supported by credit, payment must be made when picking up goods. For customers who are entitled to a credit support policy, the debt policy in Section 2 below shall apply.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        All customers who pay immediately upon pickup will receive a discount on the total value of the shipment. This support level will be notified by us from time to time to you.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Note: This policy does not apply to customers with outstanding debts in Nam Thanh.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

        Debt date:<\/strong> Nam Thanh’s general policy on the current debt day is from 15 to 30 days depending on each customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

        \u00a0Debt date explanation:<\/strong> Debt date is the maximum number of days a customer is owed on an export order. For example, if company A in Hanoi has a due date of 15 days. Assuming that on January 3, 2021, company A imports 20 million, then on January 18, 2021, company A will have to pay all of that 20 million, (can pay 2 times, 10 million each time on that day) . If the customer is late to pay the due debt, when there is a need to generate a new order, the debt accounting department may stop the shipment or limit the shipment depending on the actual situation.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Debt ceiling:<\/strong> is the maximum amount owed by Nam Thanh to a customer at any time in a month. This norm is determined quarterly based on sales taken in the previous quarter, reputation in debt payment, customer cooperation ability, etc. to decide. For new customers, the continuous collection time must be at least 02 months to be considered for granting credit limit. Debt limit: is the maximum amount a customer can owe Nam Thanh at any given time in month.         Note: According to the example above, suppose company A enjoys a debt ceiling in the first quarter of 60 million. If by January 10, 2021, the outstanding balance is 20 million, but company A wants to import an additional order of 50 million, then company A must pay Nam Thanh 10 million to order or reduce the quantity of goods to be imported. due to exceeding the debt ceiling of 10 million.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

        Import and exchange policy:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        This policy only applies to product codes that customers get for the first time (including those that NamThanh has distributed and newly imported codes). The time for you to return the goods is within 3 months from the date of receiving the goods. (in addition to the above policy, if you want to re-enter, you must have the consent of the director of Nam Thanh company)<\/span><\/p>\n

        Payment by cash or bank transfer.<\/span><\/p>\n
