I. DAHUA SSD PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY

1. Dahua SSD equipment provided by Nam Thanh is imported 100% new and unused and has clear origin.

2.Warranty period:

a. Based on the time of Nam Thanh’s system: All Dahua-branded products distributed by Nam Thanh, with full genuine serial number stamp labels on the product, will be warranted for 1-3 years for SSD (Depending on product line)

b. Based on serial number code: All products distributed by Dahua with full genuine serial number are warranted based on the warranty period on Nam Thanh’s website. Note: If one of the conditions a or b still has the warranty period, the product will be under the warranty period.

3. Time of receipt and warranty:

– Refund within 120 hours (05 working days) from the date of receipt.

– For other cases that need to be checked and ordered, Nam Thanh Warranty center will notify customers of the status and time of warranty return.

4. Always make every effort to have products returned to you as soon as possible.

II. WARRANTY POLICY :

1. Warranty conditions: The product will be warranted if it meets the following conditions:

a. The product is still within the warranty period.

b. The serial number stamp, glued on the product must be intact, not torn, not peeled and pasted…

c. The product is intact, not distorted or repaired by units not authorized by Dahua.

d. Damage due to component quality or manufacturing process error.

e. The product is not subject to a warranty waiver.

f. Other cases: fire, explosion, water ingress, natural disaster, fire… will be checked and considered to support or not support the warranty.

2. Conditions of warranty refusal: Products under one of the following conditions will be void of warranty:

a. Product warranty expires.

b. The product has been changed to the device’s model stamp, the label is torn, has been changed or edited…

c. Products damaged by natural disasters, fire, explosion, lightning, rust, etc.

d. The product is damaged due to the incorrect use of the specified voltage.

e. Customers cause defects on the device such as deformation, breakage, impact.

f. The product is not installed, maintained, used in accordance with the instructions, causing damage.

g. The product is changed or repaired by a technician who is not part of Nam Thanh Insurance Center.

H. Products do not have a clear origin

The above warranty policy is officially applied by Nam Thanh Technology and Technology Joint Stock Company from May 1, 2022. All previous warranties contrary to the above regime are no longer valid.

III. SEARCH SERIAL NUMBER OF GENUINE DAHUA PRODUCTS
